We are architects for residential projects at Ocean Pointe, and at the adjacent Hoakalei Resort, both master planned communities in Ewa Beach, Oahu, Hawaii.

We've completed several renovation projects for Outrigger Hotels and Resorts, including two major renovations of the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Hotel, the transformation of two Ohana Hotels towers at the Waikiki Beach Walk project to into the guestroom towers for the Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk Hotel, and the Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa.

Reflecting our interest in IT in all aspects of our practice, we have leveraged our architectural roots to design, program, maintain and host web sites for the management of building facilities.

Our portfolio includes retail and office tenant improvements, community centers, recreation areas, medical facilities, and numerous hospitality-related projects.
